The Florida Diversity Council will be hosting DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program taking place from December 3-7, 2018 at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. The program focuses on the following areas: Business Case for D&I, Cultural Competence, Measurement and Evaluation, Inclusive Leadership and Best Practices in D&I. Upon completion of the 5-day program, participants will recognize diversity and inclusion as drivers of business success and employee engagement in today’s workplace. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop a broad range of knowledge and skills to perform at a high level as D&I professionals bringing value to their organizations.
