The Texas Diversity Council in partnership with the Multicultural Community Relations Office of Public Affairs at Rice University is proud to announce the 8th Annual Texas Diversity Council Summer Youth Program. This week long program will engage sixty students from local middle and high schools from June 11-15, 2018 on the Rice University Campus. Most of these gifted students come from lower income households, and with a little guidance, have the potential to be the first in their families to attend college.
