We would like to welcome you to the fourth edition of the 2017 Ohio Diversity Council Newsletter. We are very excited about our past accomplishments and look forward to a robust agenda in 2018.
This past quarter, the Ohio Diversity Council hosted the 2017 Ohio Diversity and Leadership Conference, which took place on October 19-20 in Columbus. This event afforded businesses the opportunity to explore the tools and resources necessary to build diverse workforces and remain competitive on the global stage. This year’s keynote speaker was former NFL star Eddie George. To learn more about this dynamic event, read the featured article on it in this edition of the newsletter.
Looking ahead to 2018, the Ohio Diversity Council will host initiatives and programs, which address a variety of topics, such as corporate responsibility, women’s leadership, and the importance of education among our youth. We will also offer consulting and mentoring services specifically catered to your organization’s needs, whether it be the formulation of diversity and inclusion efforts, corporate responsibility programs, or any other initiatives you may require.
