We would like to welcome you to the fourth edition of the 2017 NDC Carolinas Diversity Council Newsletter. We are very excited about our past accomplishments and look forward to a robust agenda in 2018.
On September 22, we hosted the North Carolina Women In Leadership Symposium at Duke University. This half day event brought female business leaders together to discuss their rise to the top and how others can follow in their footsteps. Attendees had an opportunity to not only learn but participate in the conversation through an interactive Q&A session. Looking ahead to 2018, the NDC Carolinas Diversity Council will host initiatives and programs, which address a variety of topics, such as corporate responsibility, women’s leadership, and the importance of education among our youth. We will also offer consulting and mentoring services specifically catered to your organization’s needs, whether it be the formulation of diversity and inclusion efforts, corporate responsibility programs, or any other initiatives you may require.
We hope you will have the opportunity to participate in some of our upcoming 2018 events and learn more about our organization, as we continue to champion, educate, and raise awareness about diversity issues in the Carolinas– one organization and one community at a time.
