Orange County WilsOn March 7, 2017, the California Diversity Council held the 8th Annual Orange County Women in Leadership Symposium hosted by Orange Coast College. Attendees gained knowledge and advice from corporate leaders who shared insight from their personal success and professional leadership experience.

“We are so happy with the success of the Women in Leadership Symposium,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chairman of the National Diversity Council. “We hope all of our attendees left this event with an increased sense of confidence in their ability to achieve success as business professionals.”

The five featured panelists discussed topics regarding leadership and career advancement, such as “Pioneering Pay Equity”, “The Power of No: Defining Your Impact as a Leader”, and “Lifting Up the Next Generation of Women”.
