The Tri-State Diversity Council (i.e., TSDC) would first like to welcome the NYC Department of IT and Telecommunications as our newest Bronze corporate partner within the NY local chapter, as well as Direct Energy as our newest statewide Platinum BOD corporate partner organization. We look forward to partnering with both of these organizations to promote the importance of diversity and inclusion efforts.

This past July, each state within the TSDC held its annual Diversity Best Practices Meeting. The purpose of this event is to highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion efforts in the workplace, and HR leaders receive HRCI credits for attending. We also just held our Tri-State Diversity & Leadership Conference in NYC, and this was a huge success as well. We continue to receive ample positive feedback about these events and look forward to continuing to secure top-notch diversity & inclusion leaders to present in years to come.

Based on feedback we have received from corporate partners, individual members, and local business and community leaders in the Tri-State region, we are incredibly excited to announce that we will be holding a brand new program this coming October. We will be bringing Generational Diversity Summits to our three local chapters. This event focuses on the importance of promoting D&I best practices as they pertain to a multi-generational workforce.
