Join the Pennsylvania Diversity Council on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 for the 2018 Philadelphia Leadership Conference, hosted at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue. The conference will feature multiple speakers presenting on a variety of topics. In addition, business leaders will be recognized with a series of awards highlighting their commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Following registration and networking, guests will attend the Most Powerful and Influential Women Awards Breakfast to be keynoted by Donna Brazile, Veteran Democratic Political Strategist, and Founding and Managing Director of Brazile & Associates LLC.

As the event continues, guests will attend workshops hosted by notable speakers discussing diversity, leadership, and power. Topics include Leading with “Emotional Intelligence”, Best ERG/BRG Practices, Leadership: Presence, Influence & Inspiration, and We Rise: Women of Color in Leadership. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share their thoughts during question and answer sessions following each discussion.

In addition to workshops, two awards will be presented at the Philadelphia Leadership Conference: The Most Powerful and Influential Women Award, and the Leadership Excellence Award. Each award is designed to recognize individuals or organizations that have demonstrated outstanding achievements and sustain a strong commitment to the pursuit of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
