On July 12th, 2017, the NDC Carolinas hosted its Raleigh-Durham Diversity Best Practices Meeting at the offices of Rho Inc and on July 13th, hosted its Charlotte Diversity Best Practices Meeting at the Embassy Suites. Attendees to both events gained knowledge and advice from a diverse group of corporate leaders who shared insight from their personal success and leadership experience. Attendees received 2.5 HRCI credits as well.
The meeting successfully gave attendees the opportunity to listen to multiple company representatives discuss the diversity and inclusion strategies that have been implemented at their respective organizations.
