The Arizona Diversity Council has announced new leadership in various Advisory Board positions this year. The President, Vice President, and Secretary roles have officially been transferred to a new group of accomplished professionals. These individuals will be tasked with ensuring the continued growth and development of the council.

“We are happy to welcome this new group of outstanding leaders to our team in Arizona,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chair of the National Diversity Council. “We have no doubt that their exceptional leadership qualities and dedication to encouraging diversity and inclusion will positively contribute to the achievement of Arizona Diversity Council’s goals.”

Cheyenne Ross, Arizona Vice President of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Bridgeway Health Solutions, has been appointed as the new President of the Arizona Diversity Council. Ross is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in translating Federal and State regulatory requirements into maximum outcomes for Medicaid and Medicare members. Her previous role as the Arizona Diversity Council secretary has equipped Ms. Ross with the insight and experience necessary to serve as an effective President.

Dareion Johnson, Human Resources Executive Associate at USAA, has been appointed as the new Vice President. Johnson currently supports the USAA HR initiative by supporting strategy and delivery, focusing on expansion, and improving employee experience at the Phoenix campus. Prior to joining USAA, Johnson served 12 years in the United States Navy. His professional experience in both the military and civilian workforce has left him prepared to achieve success in his role as Arizona Diversity Council’s Vice president.

Cameron Robb, Assistant Director of Employer Relations in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU, has been appointed as the new Secretary. Cameron is responsible for engaging new and existing employers to help facilitate recruitment efforts for interns and full-time candidates through the Graduate Career Center. She also develops and conducts activities and events that generate new employer relationships. She is leading a new graduate flash mentoring program as well as supporting alumni on-campus engagement and women in business initiatives. She is passionate about the Arts and has a professional reputation built on dynamic leadership, positive communication, and the ability to maximize individual strengths in others. Cameron’s exceptional leadership skills will guarantee her success in the Arizona Diversity Council Secretary role.

The Arizona Diversity Council welcomes these outstanding executives with full confidence that their leadership will enhance the council’s positive progression.
